2.Boiled chinthakaya
3.Boiled toor dal and mashed
4.Roughly mashed garlic cloves
6.Cumin seeds
7.Mustard seeds
8.Dry red chillies
9.Onion chopped
10.Turmeric powder
11.Green chillies
12.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,mashed garlic cloves,dry red chillies 3-4,green chillies 3-4,onion chopped 1 cup saute till golden brown colour.
3.Add chopped spinach leaves 1 bowl and fry for few minutes till tender and completely cooked.
4.Add chinthakaya juice 1 cup and mix well,add pinch of turmeric powder and mix well.
5.Now add toor dal boiled and mashed 1 bowl,salt to taste and give it a fine stir.Cook for 1-2 minutes.Off the stove and transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
