Carrot Payasam


1.Carrot grated
4.Cashew nuts
7.Semiya paste


1.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Fry cashew nuts,badam for few minutes till golden.Transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same pan add carrot paste and mix well.Fry for few minutes.
4.Add boiled milk 2 cups and give it a stir,add semiya paste (roasted and fried in ghee) 1 cup.Mix well evenly in milk.
5.Cover and cook for few minutes on medium flame.
6.Add sugar 1 cup and mix well,fry till sugar melts.Add cardamoms give it a fine stir.Transfer into a bowl.Garnish with fried dry fruits and serve hot.
