Baby Corn 65


1.Baby corn
2.Corn flour
4.Onion chopped
5.Curry leaves
6.Green chillies
8.Red chilli powder
9.Salt to taste


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add baby corns,corn flour 1 tbsp,maida 1 tbsp,salt to taste and mix well with water and prepare a thick batter.
3.Slowly drop the mixture in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry.
4.Keep turning the baby corns in between and fry till golden brown colour and crisp.Transfer into a bowl.
5.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
6.Add onion chopped 1 cup and saute.
7.Add green chillies 3-4,curry leaves,fry for a minute.Now add 3 tbsp curd and give it a stir.
8.Add salt to taste,red chilli powder and give it a stir.
add fried baby corns and give it a good stir,fry for a minute.Transfer
into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
