2.Coriander seeds
3.Chana dal
4.Onion paste
5.Cinnamon stick
6.Garlic cloves
7.Black cloves
9.Dry red chillies
10.Cumin seeds
11.Red chilli powder
12.Green chillies
13.Salt to taste

1.Stuff preparation:Fry above said ingredients (coriander seeds,garlic cloves,cinnamon stick,cumin seeds,cardamoms,dry red chillies,black cloves,chana dal) into a smooth powder.
2.Take a bowl add grinded masala powder,green chillies,onion paste,coriander leaves,salt to taste and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Now stuff this mixture into brinjals (cut into 4 halves) and keep aside.
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
5.Now place stuffed brinjals in oil,cover and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
6.Gently turn the brinjals and cook evenly all over,add remaining masala powder and mix well.
7.Cook for few minutes till brinjals turn in brown colour and tender.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
