Beerakaya Senagapappu Curry

Ingredients:

1.Beerakaya pieces
2.Soaked chana dal
3.Tomatoes chopped
4.Coconut grated
5.Onion chopped
6.Oil
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Turmeric powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Mustard seeds
11.Cumin seeds
12.Green chillies
13.Curry leaves
14.Garam masala powder

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add
ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp,cumin seeds,mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp,green
chillies,curry leaves,onion chopped and saute for few minutes.
3.Add pinch of turmeric powder,beerakaya pieces,soaked chana dal 1 cup and mix evenly.
4.Cover and cook for few minutes till tender.Add tomatoes chopped 1 cup,some water,give it  stir.
5.Cover
and cook for another few minutes,add salt to taste,coconut powder 1
cup,garam masala powder 1 tbsp and give it a fine mix.Transfer into a 
bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
