Ingredients:

1.Rice flour
2.Milk
3.Kismis
4.Cashew nuts
5.Ghee
6.Cardamom powder
7.Sugar

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some water and heat it.
2.Add rice flour 1 cup and keep stirring without forming any lumps,rest the mixture to cool.
3.Take another pan pour 3 cups milk and bring it to boil.
4.Meanwhile prepare a smooth dough with rice mixture.
5.Now grease your palms with ghee and prepare thin ropes with dough and keep in a separate plate.Repeat the same process for others.
6.Add 1 cup sugar in boiling milk and keep stirring till sugar melts.Add prepares rice ropes into boiling milk and cook.
7.In a bowl add rice flour,some water and prepare a thick liquid,add this to the boiling mixture for getting thick consistency.
8.Add cardamom powder,kismis and bring it to boil.Now off the stove and transfer into a bowl.Garnish with cashews and ghee.Serve hot.
