Ingredients:

1.Dates
2.Cashew nuts
3.Kismis
4.Sugar
5.Ghee
6.Cardamom powder
7.Coconut grated
8.Coconut pieces
9.Milk

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 1 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Fry cashew nut,kismis for few minutes till golden colour,transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same pan add coconut pieces and fry till light golden.
4.Take another pan add some more ghee and melt it.
5.Add coconut grated 1 cup and saute for few minutes,add 1/2 bowl milk,sugar 1/2 cup and mix well,keep stirring till sugar melts evenly.
6.Add dates,fried coconut pieces,cashew and kismis,mix well.Cook for 2 minutes.Finally add cardamom powder for flavor and off the stove.Transfer into a bowl,Serve hot.
