1.Moong dal
4.Mustard seeds
5.Cumin seeds
6.Curry leaves
7.Green chillies
9.Salt to taste
10.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pressure pan pour 1 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves,green chillies,ginger chopped,pepper corns 6-8, saute for 2 minutes.
3.Add salt to taste,moong dal 1/2 cup,rice 1 cup,water 3 cups water and cover it with a lid.
4.Pressure cook for 3 whistles,Wait until pressure gets released by itself.Remove the lid gently.
5.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with ginger chopped,coriander leaves.Serve hot.
