Ingredients:

1.Sesame powder
2.Coconut grated
3.Maida
4.Jaggery
5.Cardamom powder
6.Oil
7.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add 1 tbsp ghee,oil 1 tbsp,maida 1 cup and mix well with water and prepare a soft dough.
2.Meanwhile
take another bowl add roasted sesame powder 1 cup,coconut grated 1
cup,jaggery grated 1 cup,cardamom powder and mix well all the
ingredients evenly.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into smooth chapathis by dusting some flour on a smooth surface.
4.Place sesame stuff in middle of chapathi and enclose it,gently roll again into a smooth poli (bobbatlu).
5.Heat a flat pan,drizzle 1 tbsp ghee and spread all over.
6.Now
place the poli on pan and cook,drizzle some ghee around and cook evenly
on both the sides.Transfer onto a plate serve hot by drizzling some
ghee.
