1.Bombay ravva
3.Cashew nuts
7.Salt to taste
8.Cardamom powder
9.Saffron strands


1.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Fry cashew nuts,kismis till light golden colour.
3.In the same pan add bombay ravva 1 cup and saute till light brown colour.
4.Add pinch of salt,sugar as per your taste and mix well.
5.Add 1 cup boiled milk and mix well evenly,cook for few minutes till done.
6.Meanwhile prepare a smooth dough with maida by adding some milk.
7.Now divide the dough into small equal portions and stuff into the dough,roll into a smooth chapathi (poli).Repeat the same process for other dumplings.
8.Heat a pan,drizzle some ghee and spread it.
9.Place the poli on pan and cook till done,cook on both the sides evenly by sprinkling some ghee.Transfer onto a plate.Serve hot.
