Beerakaya Gasagasala Curry

Ingredients:

1.Beerakaya pieces
2.Onion chopped
3.Oil
4.Coriander powder
5.Cumin seeds
6.Mustard seeds
7.Gasagasala kobbari paste
8.Salt to taste
9.Green chilli paste

Preparation:


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,onion chopped 1 cup and saute for a minute.
3.Add green chilli paste 1 tbsp,gasagasala kobbari paste 2 tbsp and mix well.Fry for few minutes.
4.Add beerakaya pieces 1 cup and saute for 2-3 minutes.
5.Add some water as we needed,cover and cook for few minutes till tender.
6.Add coriander powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste and mix well evenly.Cook for a minute,off the stove and transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
