1.Raw Mangoes
2.Mustard powder
3.Fenugreek powder
4.Cashew nuts
7.Red chilli powder
8.Cumin powder
9.Sesame powder
10.Red chillies
11.Mustard seeds
12.Cumin seeds
13.Garlic paste
14.Ground nut oil


1.Heat some oil in a pan,fry badam and cashew nuts for few minutes and keep aside,pound well into coarse powder.
2.Heat sufficient oil for tempering,add cumin,mustard,red chillies and saute for a minute.
3.Switch off the flame and add garlic cloves and keep aside to cool down.
4.Take a deep bowl,add red chilli powder,salt,mustard powder,roasted cumin powder,sesame powder,garlic paste,fenugreek powder,dry fruits powder,raw mango pieces and mix well.
5.Add tempering mixture along with oil,mix well.Add fried dry fruits and give it a good mix.
