Kakarakaya Chips

Ingredients:

1.Kakarakayalu
2.Curd
3.Maida
4.Turmeric powder
5.Oil for deep frying
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some water.3 tbsp curd,pinch of turmeric powder,salt to taste and mix well.Bring it to boil.
2.Add kakarakaya pieces in boiling water and boil for a minute.This process is due to break the bitterness.
3.Drain the pieces into a separate bowl,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Take another bowl add maida flour,now coat maida flour on kakarakayalu and deep fry till light golden brown colour.
5.Transfer onto a paper napkin and drain excess oil,sprinkle some salt,red chilli powder on top and mix well.Serve immediately.
