2.Toor dal boiled
4.Dry red chillies
11.Red chilli powder
12.Salt to taste
1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,dry red chillies 2,garlic cloves chopped,curry leaves saute for few seconds.Add onion chopped saute till golden.
3.Add gummadikaya pieces 1 cup and mix well,fry for few minutes till tender.
4.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander powder 1/2 tbsp and mix well.
5.Now add boiled toor dal 1 cup,cook for 1-2 minutes on medium flame.Transfer onto a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
