Kadai Vegetables

Ingredients:

1.Capsicum
2.Tomato puree
3.Cauliflower boiled
4.Carrot
5.Beans boiled
6.Potatoes boiled
7.Oil
8.Cumin seeds
9.Green chillies
10.Onion chopped
11.Ginger garlic paste
12.Salt to taste
13.Red chilli powder
14.Coriander powder
15.Green peas

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,green chillies,onion chopped 1 cup,capsicum 1 cup saute till tender.
3.Add ginger garlic paste ,salt to taste,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,mix well.
4.Add coriander powder 1 tbsp,tomato puree 3 tbsp give it a stie and add some water as we needed  and boil it.
5.Finally add boiled vegetables and mix well,cover and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.Off the stove and transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
