3.Tomato puree
4.Cashew nuts
6.Cumin seeds
7.Onion paste
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Cashew nut paste
10.Salt to taste
11.Dry mango powder
12.Chat masala powder
13.Green chillies


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Fry paneer pieces 1 cup and fry till light brown colour.
3.Transfer the fried paneer into a bowl of water this process is for paneer softness.It remains soft.
4.In the same pan saute capsicum pieces 1 cup and transfer into a bowl.
5.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.Add cumin seeds 1 tbsp,green chillies,onion paste 1 cup,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp and saute.Cover and cook for 1 minute.
6.Add tomato paste 1 cup,mix well,cover and cook till soft.Now add cashew nut paste 1/2 cup and mix well,add salt to taste,dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp,chat masala powder 1/2 tbsp and give it a stir.
7.Finally add fried capsicum,some water as we needed and bring it to boil.Add paneer cubes and give it a stir.Cook for a minute.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
