Malai Kurma

Ingredients:

1.Malai
2.Ghee
3.Sounf
4.Coriander leaves
5.Onion chopped
6.Cashew nut paste
7.Turmeric powder
8.Salt to taste
9.Green chillies
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Boiled mixed vegetables (carrot,cauliflower,beans,green peas)

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 1 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Sprinkle some fennel seeds (sounf),green chillies, saute for few seconds.
3.Add ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp,onion chopped 3-4 tbsp,saute for few minutes.
4.Add cashew nut paste 2-3 tbsp and mix well,add boiled mixed vegetables,some water as per gravy consistency and bring it to boil.
5.Cover and cook for 2 minutes till done,transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
