1.Semiya soaked
2.Oil for deep frying
3.Besan flour
4.Salt to taste
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Coriander seeds
7.Curry leaves
8.Onion chopped
9.Cumin seeds
10.Green chillies
11.Coriander leaves


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add soaked semiya 1 cup,add salt to taste,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,coriander seeds 1/2 tbsp,curry leaves,onion chopped 2 tbsp,cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp,green chillies chopped 2 tbsp,coriander leaves 1 tbsp,besan flour 3 tbsp,mix well all the ingredients evenly with water and prepare pakodi batter.
3.Gently take some mixture and drop them in hot oil like pakodas,deep fry.
4.Keep turning the pakodas in between and deep fry till golden brown colour,transfer onto a paper napkin and drain excess oil.Serve hot.
