Besan Masala Roti


1.Wheat flour 1/2 cup
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp
4.Cumin powder 1 1/2 tbsp
5.Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
6.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
7.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
8.Green chillies 2 finely chopped
9.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
10.Ghee 2 tbsp
11.Salt to taste


1.Take a bowl add wheat flour,besan flour,cumin powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,dry mango powder,coriander leaves,turmeric powder,ghee,salt,green chillies.
2.Mix well all the ingredients with water and knead into a smooth dough.
3.Rest the dough for about 10-15 minutes.
4.Meanwhile heat a flat pan.
5.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into chapathi by dusting some wheat flour.
6.Place the roti on pan and cook on both the sides evenly,drizzle some ghee on both sides and cook.Serve hot.
