Corny Potatoes

Corny Potatoes


1.Potatoes 2
2.Corn kernels 1/2 cup
3.Fresh cream
4.Pepper powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli flakes
7.Cheese grated 5 tbsp
8.Celery 1 inch stalk chopped
9.Garlic cloves chopped 6-8
10.Milk 1/2 cup
11.Butter 1 tbsp


1.Take 2 raw potatoes and wrap aluminum foils,bake in preheated oven till it cooks.
2.Cut the potatoes into 2 halves and scoop out the mixture from it and keep aside.
3.Take a pan add butter 1 tbsp and melt it.
4.Add garlic chopped,celery chopped and saute till light brown colour.
5.Add corn kernels,potato mixture and toss well.
6.Add salt to taste,pepper powder 1/2 tbsp,red chilli flakes 3/4 tbsp,fresh cream and give it a mix.
7.Add cheese grated,mix well add milk 1/2 cup till it becomes creamy and saucy.
8.Cook for a minute and fill the corn stuff into potatoes (scooped out mixture)
9.Sprinkle some red chilli flakes,cheese and bake till cheese melts and completely done,Serve hot.
