Natukodi Sanagapappu Curry

Ingredients:


1.Chicken
2.Chana dal
3.Onions
4.Green chillies
5.Tempering seeds
6.Curry leaves
7.Garlic
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Salt
10.Red chilli powder
11.Turmeric powder
12.Cashew nuts
13.Coriander leaves
14.Cloves
15.Cardamom
16.Cinnamon stick
17.Masala paste
18.Oil

Preparation:


1.Pressure cook chana dal for 2 whistles,cook chicken along with ginger garlic paste for 5 whistles and keep aside.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add cloves,cardamom,cinnamon and saute,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,onions and saute.
3.Add green chillies and stir fry,add cooked chicken,masala paste (whole garam masala,ginger garlic,coriander seeds) and mix well.
4.Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and mix well,cover and cook for 10 minutes.
5.Add boiled chana dal,cover and cook for 5 minutes.Add chicken stock,coriander leaves and mix well.Cover and cook for 5 minutes.Serve hot.
