Cheese and Coriander Parata


1.Cheese grated 1 cup
2.Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 cup
3.Salt to taste
4.Green chillies chopped 2
5.Onion chopped finely 1 medium
6.Ginger chopped finely 1 inch
7.Chat masala powder 2 tbsp
9.Wheat flour 2 cups


1.Take a bowl combine wheat flour,coriander leaves,salt and mix well with water,prepare a smooth dough.
2.Rest the dough for 20-25 minutes by covering with a cloth.
3.Combine cheese,onion,ginger,green chilli,salt to taste,chat masala powder in a bowl.Mix well.
4.Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape into small balls.Dust with atta and prepare medium size chapathi.
5.Place a tbsp of cheese mixture in middle of chapathi and enclose all the edges.Prepare a round ball and roll out into a paratha by dusting atta.
6.Heat a non stick pan,place a paratha on it and cook for a minute,keep turning on both the sides and cook evenly by drizzling some oil.
7.Cook till light golden and crisp.Serve hot.
