1.Wheat flour 2 cups
2.Ghee 1 tbsp
3.Red chilli powder to taste
4.Salt to taste
5.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add wheat flour 2 cups,cumin seeds,salt,ghee and sufficient water.Mix well and knead into a smooth medium dough.
2.Set aside the dough for 15-20 minutes.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions and prepare roundels (dumplings).
4.Dust with some flour and roll them into small roti.
5.Apply a spoonful of ghee on it and sprinkle red chilli powder and salt.Fold into a semi circle,apply ghee once more and shape into a triangle.Dust with some flour and roll into paratha.
6.Heat a non stick tawa.Place the paratha on it and cook till golden brown colour,grease some ghee in between on both the sides and cook evenly.Serve hot.
