Ingredients:

1.Lady fingers cut into 1 inch-250gms
2.Onion sliced 2 medium
3.Green chillies slit 2
4.Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
5.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
6.Coriander powder 2 tbsp
7.Dry mango powder 1 tbsp
8.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,green chillies,saute for 1/2 minute.
3.Add onion sliced and saute till golden brown colour.
4.Add lady fingers and mix well,add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt to taste and dry mango powder.Mix well all the ingredients evenly.
5.Cook on medium heat till done.Serve hot.
