Ingredients:

1.Lady finger 500gms
2.Oil 3 tbsp
3.Asafoetida 1/4 tbsp
4.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
5.Onion sliced 1 medium
6.Salt to taste
7.Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
8.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
9.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Dry mango powder  1/4 tbsp
11.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Heat 3 tbsp oil in a kadai,add asafoetida,cumin seeds saute for few seconds,add onion sliced and saute till golden brown.
2.Add lady fingers and cook on medium flame,keep stirring and fry till light brown colour.
3.Sprinkle some salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,dry mango powder over lady fingers and toss well.Cook for a minute.
4.Cook on medium flame till done,garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
