Suji aur Badam ka Halwa

Ingredients:

1.Bombay ravva 1/2 cup
2.Badam 2 cups
3.Ghee 6 tbsp
4.Sugar 1 1/2 cup
5.Milk 1 cup
6.Saffron strands
7.Green cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Roast 2 cups of almonds and reserve few almonds for garnishing,rest of almonds grind into a coarse powder.
2.Take a pan pour 6 tbsp ghee and melt it.
3.Add bombay ravva and roast for few minutes till golden brown colour.
4.Add grinded almond powder and saute for 2-3 minutes.
5.Add sugar,milk and saffron.Mix well.
6.Cook on medium heat continuously till sugar melts evenly in the mixture.
7.Add green cardamom powder and mix well.Off the stove,garnish with grated almonds and serve hot.
