Beerakaya Chutney

Ingredients:

1.Ridge gourd 250 gms
2.Green chillies chopped 10
3.Garlic cloves 4
4.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
5.Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Oil
8.Mustard seeds 1/4 tbsp
9.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
10.Dried red chillies 2-3
11.Curry leaves 6-7

Preparation:

1.Grate ridge gourd lightly,pound them with garlic cloves green chillies,coriander leaves or u can blend with a blender coarsely.
2.Add tamarind pulp zand mix well thoroughly.
3.For tempering heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,dry red chillies,curry leaves.
4.When the mixture starts spluttering add to ridge gourd mixture.Serve with hot rice drizzled with ghee.
