Saggu Biyyam Laddulu

Ingredients:


1.Saggubiyyam
2.Carrot
3.Dry coconut powder
4.Jaggery
5.Cashew nuts
6.Kismis
7.Badam
8.Bombay ravva
9.Pista
10.Cardamom
11.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Melt some ghee in a pan,fry bombay ravva till light brown colour and keep aside in a bowl.
2.Add some more ghee in the same and fry grated carrot,add some ghee and fry dry fruits till light golden colour.Combine all fried ingredients in a same bowl.
3.Fry dry coconut powder and combine with fried ingredients.Prepare jaggery syrup,add some cardamom powder and give it a stir.
4.Finally add fried ingredients and soaked saggubiyyam,mix well.Switch off the flame and rest aside the mixture to cool down.Finally prepare ladoos and serve.
