Matar ka Parata

Ingredients:

1.Wheat flour 2 cups
2.Oil 2 tbsp
3.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
4.Ginger 1 inch piece
5.Salt to taste
6.Green chillies 2-3
7.Green peas boiled 1 cup

Preparation:

1.Grind 1/2 cup green peas along with ginger,green chillies,salt into a coarse paste,transfer into a bowl.
2.Add 2 tbsp coriander leaves and mix well green peas mixture and set aside.
3.Heat a non stick pan.
4.Knead a 2 cups of flour with sufficient water.Divide the dough into roundels and roll out chapathis.
5.Place 1 chapathi on work top and put the green peas mixture and spread all over it,cover it other chapathi and fold all the edges.
6.Place the paratha on pan and cook by drizzling some oil on both sides,cook evenly  on low heat.Serve hot.
