Cauliflower Keema

Ingredients:

1.Cauliflower grated 1 medium
2.Ginger chopped 1 1/2 inch
3.Garlic cloves 15-20
4.Oil 2 tbsp
5.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
6.Asafoetida 1/4 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
9.Red chilli powder
10.Curd 2 tbsp
11.Crushed cashews 8-10 roasted

Preparation:

1.Take a pressure pan add 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,asafoetida and saute till golden.
3.Add ginger piece chopped,garlic cloves,green chillies chopped saute for 1-2 minutes.
4.Add grated cauliflower and mix well with all ingredients.
5.Cook for 1 minute,add coriander powder,red chilli powder and give it a mix.
6.Add curd and mix,cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
7.Add roasted cashews crushed and give it a mix,garnish with cashews and serve hot.
