Raagi Pindi Putnaala Pappu Laddu

Ingredients:

1.Raagi flour
2.Putnalu
3.Peanuts
4.Cardamom
5.Cashew nuts
6.Sugar
7.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Melt 1 cup ghee in a pan,fry cashew nuts till nice golden colour and transfer into a bowl.
2.Fry raagi flour in some remaining ghee for few minutes and transfer into a bowl.
3.Add dry roasted peanuts to roasted flour,add putnala powder,cardamom powder,sugar powder and mix well all the ingredients.
4.Now
add ghee to the dry mixture and mix well till it attains a ball
consistency.Finally prepare laddos and garnish with cashew nuts.
