Wild Mushroom With Paneer Pulao


1.Oyster mushrooms 8
2.Button mushrooms 8
3.Basmati rice soaked 1 cup
4.Oil 4 tbsp
5.Onion sliced 1 medium
6.Garlic minced 2 cloves
7.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
9.Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Dried fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
11.Salt to taste
12.Paneer cur into 1/2 inch cubes 1cup
13.Coriander leaves sprigs chopped


1.Soak oyster mushrooms in 1/2 cup water and chop.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add paneer and saute till light golden colour.Drain and set aside.
3.Take another and pour some oil and heat it,add onion chopped,minced garlic and saute.
4.Add oyster mushrooms,button mushrooms and saute.
5.Add turmeric powder,crushed coriander seeds,red chilli powder,dried fenugreek leaves,salt and mix well.
6.Add soaked basmati rice and 2 cups water,reduce the heat,cover and cook till rice is completely done.
7.Garnish with fried paneer and coriander leaves.Serve hot.
