Dahi Sev Puri

Ingredients:

1.Pani puri 1 packet
2.Potato 1 medium boiled,peeled and diced
3.Chick peas 1/4 cup
4.Onion 1/4 medium
5.Tomato 1/4 medium
6.Coriander leaves finely chopped
7.Curd 1/2 cup
8.Chat masala powder to taste
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Mint chutney to taste
12.Tamarind chutney to taste
13.Fine sev 1/2 cup

Preparation:

1.Punch a small hole on each of the pani puris and set aside in a plate.
2.Stuff the puris with potato,chick peas,onion,tomato.
3.Spoon a little amount of mint,tamarind chutney.
4.Spoon a little Yogurt into the puris and then all around.
5.Sprinkle with Chaat Masala, Salt, Red Chili Powder and Coriander leaves.
6.Garnish by sprinkling Sev over the entire plate.Serve immediately!
