Egg Keema

Ingredients:

1.Eggs boiled 6
2.Onions chopped 1 large
3.Green peas
4.Tomato puree
5.Bay leaf
6.Cinnamon stick
7.Black cardamom
8.Green cardamom
9.Whole cloves
10.Garlic 2 tbsp
11.Ginger 2 tbsp
12.Green chillies to taste
13.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
14.Red chilli powder
15.Salt to taste
16.Coriander powder 2 tbsp
17.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
18.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
19.Coriander leaves for garnishing

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2. Add Bay Leaf, Cinnamon Stick, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom and Whole Cloves. Stir for 30 seconds.
3.Add Onions and a little salt, mix well, cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
4.Add Ginger and Garlic, mix well,cook for for another 5 minutes until Onions turn brow.
5.Add green chillies,tomatoes and mix well.Cover and cook for 10 minutes.Cook until oil separates.
6.Add Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and Cumin Powder. Mix well.
7. Add grated boiled eggs, salt and a little water and mix well.
8.Add Green Peas and Garam Masala and cook for 2-3 mintues.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
