Ingredients:


1.Rice flour
2.Wheat flour
3.Jaggery
4.Coconut
5.Cardamom
6.Oil
7.Ghee

Preparation:


1.Melt some ghee in a pan,add coconut slices and saute for few minutes till light brown colour.
2.Meanwhile prepare jaggery syrup on otherside with some water as required.Sprinkle some cardamom powder.
3.Take a bowl of rice flour,add some wheat flour and mix well.Now add jaggery syrup to flour mixture and mix well.
4.Knead well till it attains dough consistency,add fried coconut slices and mix well.
5.Prepare small round balls with mixture and deep fry in hot oil till nice golden colour.Serve hot.
