Ingredients:

1.Besan flour 1/3 cup
2.Drum sticks 1 cup
3.Carrots 2 medium peeled and chopped
4.Cauliflower cut to big size
5.Green Beans 10 cut into 1/2 pieces
6.Potato 1 medium cubed
7.Green chillies-4
8.Brinjals 3 cubed
9.Oil 1 tbsp
10.Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tbsp
11.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
12.Red chilli powder  1/2 tbsp
13.Salt to taste
14.Jaggery 2 tbsp
15.Tamarind 2 tbsp
16.Coriander leaves for garnishing

Preparation:

1. In pressure cooker, combine the Chickpea Flour and the 5.5 cups of Water and remove all lumps.
2. Pressure cook for 1 whistle and allow the pressure to release by itself.
3.Take a pan boil drum sticks for few minutes till done.
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it,add fenugreek seeds and allow them to sizzle.
5.Add in Turmeric and Red Chilli Powder and immediately after that all the Vegetable.(Potatoes, Green Chilies, Carrots, Cauliflower, Beans &Brinjals)
6.Cook the vegetables on high flame till they turn into light brown colour.
7. Add in the Chickpea Flour and Water, add the Drumsticks and the water, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
8.Add in the Salt, Jaggery and Tamarind Paste and mix.
9.Cook until it attains thick consistency,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
