Ingredients:


1.Sesame seeds
2.Jaggery
3.Rice
4.Sugar
5.Oil

Preparation:


1.Take 1 cup of jaggery,sugar both in equal quantities and 1 cup of water,prepare jaggery syrup till it forms ball consistency.
2.Now add rice flour to jaggery syrup and keep stirring the mixture.
3.Add some sesame seeds and mix well,rest the mixture to cool down.
4.Boil some water in a pan,now add boiling water to rice flour mixture and mix well.Prepare a thick consistency.
5.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,Drop the mixture with a round deep spatula.
6.Cook on both sides evenly,transfer into a paper napkin,remove excess oil and serve hot.
