Baked Masala Chicken Wings


1.Chicken 1 kg
2.Salt to taste
3.Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
4.Garam masala powder 3/4 tbsp
5.Oil 1 tbsp
6.Maida 1/4 cup
7.Fennel seeds 1/4 tbsp
8.Ginger 1 tbsp
9.Garlic 1 tbsp
10.Green chillies to taste
11.Tamarind paste 1/4 cup
12.Red chilli powder to taste
13.Kashmiri mirch 1 tbsp
14.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
15.Jaggery 1 tbsp


1.Wash and dry Chicken with a paper towel.
2.Add Salt, Black Pepper and Garam Masala to the chicken and coat well.
3.Drizzle 1 tbsp oil on chicken and mix well.
4.Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 400F/205C.
6.Sprinkle All-Purpose Flour over the wings and toss to coat well.
7.Place the chicken wings on baking sheet by greasing some oil.
8. Spray wings lightly with Spray Cooking Oil. Bake the wings for 30
minutes, flip them to the other side, and bake for another 30 minutes.Serve hot with sauce.
