Paneer Hariyali


1.Grated paneer 1 cup
2.Spinach 1 1/2 cup finely chopped
3.Green peas 3/4 cup
4.Green capsicum slice 3/4 cup
5.Garlic cloves 2 chopped
6.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
7.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
8.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
9.Oil 3 tbsp
10.Salt to taste
11.Tomato chopped 1
12.Onion sliced 1
13.Green chilli 2
14.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add chopped garlic and saute till brown color.
3.Add cumin seeds allow them to sizzle.Add onion sliced and saute till translucent.
4.Add capsicum,green chillies and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes.
5.Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,fry for a minute.
6.Add tomatoes chopped and mix well,cook for 2 minutes till soft.
7.Add in spinach finely chopped and mix well till it fries completely.
8.Now add garam masala powder,salt and mix well.Cook for another 1 minute.
9.Add green peas and paneer grated/chopped.Mix well all the ingredients evenly.
10.Cover and coook for 2 minutes on low flame.Remove and give it a mix.Add sour cream/curd.Mix well.Add some water as we need or its optional.Cook it for a minute and serve hot.
