Chilli Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients:

1.Paneer 1 cup grated
2.Capsicum 1/2 cup
3.Black pepper 1/4 tbsp
4.Grated garlic 1 tbsp
5.Green chillies finely chopped 1 tbsp
6.Oil 2 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Cheese slices
9.Butter
10.Mint chutney
11.Tomato ketchup

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add in grated garlic and saute for a minute.
3.Add chopped green capsicum and mix well.Fry for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add grated paneer and mix well,now add green chillies,black pepper powder,salt and mix well evenly.
5.Take 2 bread slices and grease some green chutney on 1 slice and tomato ketchup on another.
6.Now place a cheese sheet on bread slice and stuff the paneer mixture on top.Finally place the other slice on top of it and press gently.
7.Take a small piece of butter and heat it on a pan,place the sandwich on pan and fry till golden color and crisp.Repeat the same process on other side.Cut into 2 triangles.Serve hot
