Dry Fruits Poornaalu

Ingredients:

1.Badam
2.Cashew nuts
3.Dates
4.Gasagasalu
5.Milk
6.Kismis
7.Rice
8.Urad dal
9.Salt
10.Oil

Preparation:


1.Blend dates,cashew nuts,badam,gasagasalu into a coarse paste by adding some milk.
2.Transfer into a bowl,sprinkle some gasagasalu and prepare small balls with mixture and keep aside in a separate plate.
3.Soak rice and urad dal in 1:3 ratio and blend into a fine paste by adding some water.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,now dip the balls in rice batter (add some salt in rice batter) and drop them in hot oil,deep fry till nice golden colour.Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
