Methi Saag


1.Fenugreek leaves 3 bunches
2.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
3.Oil 3 tbsp
4.Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Roasted peanut powder 1/2 cup
7.Green chillies 4 chopped


1.Separate stems from methi leaves and  wash them with running cold water.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.Add cumin seeds, garlic and saute till garlic turns into nice golden.
3.Add green chillies and mix well.Add fenugreek leaves and give it a mix.Cover and cook till its tender.
4.Now add roasted peanut powder and give it a stir.Cover and cook for another 2 minutes.
5.Serve hot with chapati or rice.
