Aratikaya Chandamama Pulusu

Ingredients:


1.Aratikaya
2.Tamarind
3.Tempering seeds
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Curry leaves
6.Coriander leaves
7.Salt
8.Turmeric
9.Red chilli powder
10.Pudina
11.Jaggery
12.Red chillies
13.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,red chillies and saute for a minute.
2.Add curry leaves,onions and saute for few minutes till light brown colour.
3.Add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric and mix well.
4.Add jaggery piece,saute till jaggery melts evenly in tempering mixture.
5.Add boiled and peeled aratikaya pieces to frying pan.Fry for few minutes.
6.Add tamarind juice and bring it to boil for few minutes,add coriander leaves,pudina leaves and give it a good mix.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
