Sabudana Thalipeeth

Ingredients:

1.Sabudana 1 cup
2.Potato 1 boiled and mashed
3.Ghee or butter
4.Coriander leaves chopped
5.Coarse paste of green chillies and cumin
6.Roasted peanut powder
7.3Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Wash and soak sabudana in enough water for 30 minutes.After 1/2 hour drain excess water.Cover and keep it overnight.In the morning add few splashes of water.Cover and keep for 1 hour.
2.Mix green chillies and cumin seeds,prepare a coarse paste.
3.Mix soaked sabudana,chilli paste,coriander leaves,salt,roasted peanuts powder,boiled potato together and prepare a soft dough.
4.Take a thin plastic cover and sprinkle some water,prepare a small round ball from the mixture and press on plastic cover with your palms.
5.Heat a pan on a medium flame,add some oil and place thalipeeth and roast till they turn into nice golden colour from both sides.Serve hot with chutney.
