Jeedipappu Karampoosa Bellam Achu

Ingredients:


1.Besan flour
2.Jaggery
3.Cashew nuts
4.Tuttie fruity
5.Ghee
6.Cherries

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
2.Meanwhile prepare a dough with besan flour by adding some water as required.
3.Now take a sev machine or mould,insert besan dough and press directly into hot oil in a circular motion.
4.Deep fry till nice golden colour,keep aside in a separate plate.
5.Meanwhile prepare jaggery syrup in another pan,by adding some water as required.
6.Add some ghee to jaggery syrup,add sev,cashew nuts and mix well.Meanwhile grease some ghee to plate,spread the mixture into a thick layer.Garnish with cashew nuts and serve.
