1.Bombay ravva 1 1/2 cup
2.Hot water 2 3/4 cup
3.Onion 1 finely chopped
4.Green chillies 3 chopped
5.Curry leaves
6.Raw peanuts 2 tbsp
7.Mustard seeds/Cumin seeds 1 tbsp both
8.Salt to taste
9.Coriander leaves
10.Oil 4 tbsp
11.Salt to taste
12.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp


1.Take a pan dry roast bombay ravva till it turns into light golden color.
2.Transfer ravva into a separate bowl.
3.Heat up oil in a pan,add in peanuts and fry till golden brown color,drain excess oil and transfer into a separate bowl.
4.In the same pan add in mustard seeds,cumin seeds,pinch of hing,curry leaves,onions and cook till onions become translucent.
5.Add green chillies,turmeric powder and mix well.Add dry roasted ravva,mix well by adding some hot water.Mix well and adjust salt.
6.Cover and cook for 5 minutes,garnish with coconut grated and coriander leaves.
