Ingredients:

1.Ragi flour 1 cup
2.Sugar 1/2 cup
3.Ghee 6 tbsp
4.Assorted nuts

Preparation:

1.Heat pan on medium flame and add 6 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Add ragi flour and mix well.Saute for 5 minutes.
3.Cook on low heat.
4.Now add nuts and mix well,cook till fragrant.
5.Now turn off the stove and rest the mixture to cool down.
6.Add powdered sugar,mix well and start making balls in your desired sizes.Serve with garnished nuts or coconut grated.
