Veggie Omelet Sandwich

Veggie Omelet Sandwich

Ingredients:

1.Egg 1
2.Green capsicum 1 tbsp
3.Carrot chopped 1 tbsp
4.Mushroom chopped 1 tbsp
5.Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
6.Oil 2 tbsp
7.Black pepper 1/4 tbsp
8.Garlic grated 1 tbsp
9.Green chillies 1/4 tbsp finely chopped
10.Pinch of red chilli powder & Turmeric powder
11.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat.
2.Add in chopped capsicum,carrot,green chillies,garlic chopped and saute for 1-2 minutes.
3.Add in chopped mushrooms and mix well.Cook for another 1 minute.
4.Take a bowl break 1 egg,add in little amount of milk.
5.In 1/4 tbsp of water add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt and mix well in egg mixture.Mix well.
6.Add little amount of black pepper,coriander leaves and mix well.
7.Sprinkle some salt on cooked veggies and mix well.Spread the veggies all around the pan.
8.Pour
the egg mixture on veggies evenly.Cook till done on both sides.Transfer
the omelet on bread slice and place cheese strip on it.
9.Cut the
excess part of the omelet,add chopped tomato on top of sandwich,place
another slice greased with tomato ketchup.Place the sandwich on pan and
roast it till crunchy.And cut into 2 equal pieces and serve hot.
