Pasta Semiya Biryani

Ingredients:


1.Pasta
2.Semiya
3.Coriander leaves
4.Pudina
5.Salt
6.Turmeric
7.Red chilli powder
8.Green chillies
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Onions
11.Cashew nuts
12.Cloves
13.Cardamom
14.Cinnamon
15.Spring onions
16.Curd
17.Lemon juice
18.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add semiya and saute for few minutes,transfer into a plate.
2.Meanwhile boil pasta in water,on other boil some water for fried semiya.
3.Transfer both mixtures into a separate bowls,Keep aside.
4.Heat some ghee in a pan,fry cashew nuts.In the same pan add onions and fry for few minutes till brown colour.
5.Add spring onions,ginger garlic paste,cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,green chillies and fry for few minutes.Add boiled pasta,semiya and mix well.
6.Add turmeric,salt,red chilli powder and mix well all the ingredients evenly.Cover and cook for few minutes on medium flame.
7.Add some curd and stir well,sprinkle some coriander,pudina leaves and mix.
8.Transfer into a bowl,squeeze some lemon juice,garnish with pudina,coriander leaves.Serve hot.
