Ingredients:

1.Shredded Coconut 2 cups
2.Sugar 1 cup
3.Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
4.Pinch of nut meg powder
5.Assorted nuts
6.Puff pastry sheets o frozen parathas
7.Tutti fruity 1/4 cup

Preparation:

1.Take a pan add shredded coconut and saute for 3-4 minutes.
2.Add sugar and mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
3.Add cardamom powder,dry fruits,nut meg powder and give it a mix.
4.Finally add tutti fruity and wait until the mixture cool down.
5.Leave puff pastry sheets to room temperature for 30 minutes.
6.Cut paratha into 2 rounds,one bigger and another smaller in size.
7.Put stuffing over paratha spread evenly and place another piece of paratha over filling and seal it edges using a drop of water.
8.Now bake 350 degrees F for 30 minutes and after that turn off the oven and rest it for another 15 minutes.Serve hot.
